These Terms & Conditions apply to artists and applicants submitting proposals to participate in the projects organized by ORAC Gallery .

1. Organizer

2. Application Process

Applicants may submit proposals through the official online form available on the website. The form must be completed in full and submitted with the required materials.

3. Available Opportunities

Applicants may apply for:
– A solo exhibition
– A group exhibition
– Participation in the professional artist competition
– Participation in the emerging artist competition

4. Selection Process

Applications will be reviewed by the gallery team. Selection is based on artistic merit, alignment with project themes, and curatorial vision.

5. Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee of €50 applies to all submissions.
Payment is made by bank transfer to the account provided upon form submission.
Incomplete applications or unpaid fees may result in disqualification.

6. Participation Terms

Selected artists will be contacted directly to arrange exhibition dates, logistics, and contracts.
Artists are responsible for transport and insurance of their works unless otherwise agreed.

7. Copyright and Usage

Applicants retain all rights to their artworks.
By submitting, they agree to the use of images for promotional and documentation purposes, with proper credit.

8. Withdrawal and Refund Policy

The application fee is non-refundable.
In case of withdrawal, artists are asked to notify the organizers as early as possible.

9. Changes and Cancellations

The organizers reserve the right to modify project dates or details in case of unforeseen circumstances, ensuring timely communication with selected artists.
